The Time is “Now”

January 1st… a brand new year of possibilities. What are you contemplating? Regrets? Aspirations? Most of us are making resolutions about correcting the days behind us by vowing to do better in the days ahead. This is a point in time when “now” is ironically defined by past misgivings and future promises. Being “in the moment” on New Year’s Day seldom equates to actually being in the moment.

What if, instead of trying to compensate for yesterday by over-engineering tomorrow, you simply embraced where you are? Welcome to now.
